Our Agency

Au Pair Conecta is a young and proactive company based in Seville, dedicated to services related to cultural exchanges, learning languages and childcare. We offer intermediary services and orientation to Spanish families and young foreigners interested in becoming an Au Pair in Spain.

To make this possible, we collaborate with an extended network of international Au Pair agencies, different kind of companies, NGOs, foundations, etc. We make sure our partners abroad meet our quality standards so we can provide the best service to our clients.

We set value on taking care individually and professionally of each client, always trying to deliver excellent services and know-how in our specific working field. We understand that each client has different needs and we will try to find the service that works best for you.

 

Our Team

The director of Au Pair Conecta is Betty Springer who counts on the help of some international interns from time to time. The idea of this wonderful project was born of own experiences as Au Pair and Host family and following the strong belief of the importance and benefits of cultural exchange programs. Au Pair Conecta is a small team of professionals that you can rely on for anything you need.

We speak Spanish, German and English, so we'll be happy to help you in any of these languages. We work passionately and convinced that we are providing high-quality services.

 

Our labour standards

Our main goal is both to satisfy the needs of our clients and to protect their rights and interests in the Au Pair cultural exchange. Therefore, we continuously try to improve our services and provide high-quality work for every single one of our clients. For this, we rely on the following principles.

— Au Pair Conecta acts upon the legal provisions established in the European Agreement on Au Pair Placement approved by the Council of Europe, which was signed and ratified in Strasbourg on the 24th of November, 1969. Spain aligned with these legal regulations on the 24th of January, 1986.

— We are founding members of the Spanish Association for the Au Pair Program (AEPA) and members of the International Au Pair Association (IAPA). 

— We follow IAPA's general Code of Conduct, an international guideline formulated to guarantee the fulfilment of all agreements and the protection of our clients.

— Au Pair Conecta is not a virtual agency managing an online-database. We are a legally registered company and we will advise you during the whole process, from before starting the application until finalising the program.

— Our experience as both Au Pair and Host Family has made us understand the concerns, doubts and needs of both sides. We emphasise with the families as well as the Au Pairs and always keep in mind that the most important element in the whole project is the children.

— We take responsibility on our work, from the beginning until the end of each program.

— We are constantly available during office hours to all our clients (Au Pair or Host family). We also offer our clients an emergency phone number available 24/7 in case of emergencies.

— Through our individual and personal contact with each client, we try to adapt to their needs to please and exceed their expectations.
